Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using NFT Wallet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

These terms may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the in-app changelog or by email (if you have provided one). Continued use of NFT Wallet after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

NFT Wallet is a non-custodial desktop application that allows you to:

• View and manage NFTs across multiple blockchains
• Buy, sell, and list NFTs via aggregated marketplace liquidity
• Bridge NFTs between supported blockchains
• Track portfolio analytics, floor prices, and P&L

NFT Wallet is a software tool only. We are not a financial institution, broker, or exchange. We do not hold custody of your assets, execute trades on your behalf, or provide financial advice.

NFT Wallet is fully non-custodial. This means:

• Your private keys and seed phrase are stored only on your device
• We have no access to your wallet or funds
• We cannot recover your wallet if you lose your seed phrase
• We cannot reverse, cancel, or modify any blockchain transaction

You are solely responsible for the security of your device, seed phrase, and private keys. Loss of your seed phrase means permanent and irrecoverable loss of access to your assets.

By using NFT Wallet, you agree to:

• Keep your seed phrase and private keys secure and confidential
• Not use NFT Wallet for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or sanctions violations
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the application
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Not use the application if you are located in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited

You acknowledge that NFT activity involves significant financial risk and that past performance of any NFT collection does not guarantee future results.

NFT Wallet connects to third-party services including blockchain RPC providers, NFT marketplaces (OpenSea, Blur, Magic Eden), and bridge protocols (LayerZero, Wormhole). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the actions, availability, or accuracy of third-party services.

Cross-chain bridge transactions are executed by third-party smart contracts. While these contracts have been independently audited, we cannot guarantee their continued security or availability.

NFT Wallet is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The application will be error-free or uninterrupted
• NFT data, floor prices, or rarity information will be accurate or complete
• The bridge will execute transfers without delay
• The application will be free of security vulnerabilities

Your use of NFT Wallet is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NFT Wallet and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of digital assets due to a security breach on your device
• Failed or delayed bridge transactions
• Inaccurate floor price or portfolio valuation data
• Any losses resulting from your trading decisions

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid for NFT Wallet (which is zero for the current free version).

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of NFT Wallet shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.
